Learning was a massive part of Finley's hospital time. Not only did he enjoy keeping in touch with his local school, he benefited from community teaching and the school at GOSH. We did not push him when he was too unwell, but the fun and learning he achieved when he was up to it made us so incredibly proud of him. The imagination and curiosity nurtured by his wonderful teachers helped develop Finley into the incredible boy that he was.
